Ultralock™ (often searched as Ultra Lock) designs and manufactures weldable security gate locks for South African homes, businesses and gate fabricators. Created in the late 1980s by Hennie van Niekerk of Ultrafab, every Ultralock™ is built from mild steel, welds straight into steel security gates and toolboxes, and has a keyless emergency locking push pin you can operate with one hand. Alongside the Ultra-Small Lock™ Mk1 and Mk2, we make lock boxes, replacement inner mechanisms, keyed-alike sets and sliding gate roller kits, as well as modular vertical storage solutions.

Ultralock South Africa: Protecting your home and business
Burglar gates and steel doors are only as strong as the lock that holds them shut. Because an Ultralock™ is welded into the gate frame rather than bolted on, there are no external fixings to remove. The Ultra-Small Lock™ Mk2 uses a 12mm solid steel pin in a 2.5mm mild steel casing, and the Ultra-Multi Purpose Lock™ locks through a lug for extra resistance to crowbar wedging. For fabricators, a weld-in Ultralock™ can save up to an hour on making and installing a security gate.
